How to delete your data

My Cozy Moment doesn’t store your data on any server: it’s on your device, so you can delete it yourself at any time, without asking me.

Delete what you’ve recorded

1. In the app, go to More › Settings.
2. Under Start over, tap Delete everything and confirm.

This deletes your projects, sessions, journal, photos and wishlist from that device. It can’t be undone, so if you want to keep them, save a backup first.

Delete everything, including your account

To leave nothing behind, not even the account or the settings, uninstall the app or go to Android Settings › Apps › My Cozy Moment › Storage › Clear data. The names may vary a little depending on your phone.

In the web version, delete the site data from your browser settings.

What’s outside the app

Photos saved to the gallery (the My Cozy Moment album) and any backup files you’ve saved aren’t deleted with the app. Delete them from your gallery or your files.
